5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to PrepTune (resumes, practice responses, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

• Process and analyze your content to provide our services
• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Store and backup your content for service continuity

You represent that you have the right to submit any content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our AI systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our platform without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, feedback, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and may not be perfect
• Feedback reflects AI analysis, not human expert opinion
• Interview questions may not match actual company interviews exactly
• We do not guarantee any specific interview outcomes or job offers

8. Intellectual Property

PrepTune and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (authentication providers, AI APIs, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

PREPTUNE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPTUNE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepTune and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination
